Learn what is actually going on inside your brain when you procrastinate.

I have always believed if I knew how something worked I had a better chance of fixing it. Procrastination is something that steals our time and takes away our opportunities to have a more successful life.

This course uses neuroscience findings to give you a visual representation of your brain when it decides to procrastinate, right down to a single neuron.

This course is short and to the point, which should be good for anyone who gets distracted easily and finds themselves procrastinating - how ironic.

As you go through the lectures you will most likely shake your head thinking, "Yes, that makes sense."

This is just something I put together to try and show people how the brain works when it comes to procrastination. I made it short, but there is no set solution. It is designed to give you insights.
