Spring Flowers - Narcissus
More subtle than their blousy cousins the daffodil, Narcissi are a dainty short trumpeted version of daffodils flowering slightly later in to spring and even early summer in shaded grass and flower beds.
Some times called the Poets Narcissus - a classic white variety with an orange cup, and often associated with the myth of Narcissus where a beautiful youth is punished for admiring his own reflection by being turned in to one of these beautiful flowers!!
Perfect for pots, bowls as inside decoration or use in gardens or planted wild on a mountainside dotted with trees to provide the partial shade they love, these plants are a welcome addition to any scene set in late spring or early summer whether its natural or more architectural.
A Little goes a long way when using one plant and its instances, slight variations in scale and the y rotational value will make one plant look like many. These plants have been designed to be used in instancing as well as on their own.
