Meditation is a tool that helps the body, mind, and soul relax as it should. While it takes only a few minutes to do, it counts so much for a clear mind from the day before while you focus on the present day. This course we will have journal prompts, workbooks, articles, and videos. As the arts of meditation improves for each and everyone that joins this course, I will do a zoom call to the ones that need more help understanding the course.You must have a journal to jot down notes about this course so you can feel relieved your spirituality or religion ways has made its toll on you.Picking up self help books also helps you understand the course more because I have been working on a new book called letters to mama which includes my hard work and ways to communicate with my past on mother and great friend mama. I enjoy creating, as the course takes place with personal development I will show you along the way my process of workbooks and videos that'll grow your learning on meditation, your body, mind, and soul. First, the body needs exercises that keeps it healthy with peace of mind all the way. Second, comes the mind which has many thoughts scrolling through with the day before but if you meditate both in the morning and before bed at night, then you will feel refreshed. And third, last one soul needs to be fueled with music like instrumental; while you write in your journal or read a book. That is what we will cover on this course.
