Description
Volume Two of this comprehensive two-part swimming instructional program, led by Coach Randy Reese, provides in-depth guidance on various swimming techniques and drills. This program covers a wide array of essential topics, including breaststroke, backstroke, freestyle, butterfly stroke, and race starts. Coach Reese also demonstrates how to harness the power of a pulley system for enhancing swimming technique, building strength, and conditioning.For over five decades, Randy Reese has been an influential figure in the world of swimming. His illustrious career includes coaching the University of Florida Gators swimming and diving teams to four national championships. He has also been instrumental in guiding his athletes to a staggering eighteen Olympic gold, eight silver, and nine bronze medals.Randy Reese's coaching prowess is further exemplified by his mentorship of six swimmers who achieved a total of 16 world records. Under his guidance, 79 women earned over 500 All-American honors, while 60 men reached an impressive 200 All-American honors. This remarkable record has solidified his place in the International Swimming Hall of Fame.Currently, Coach Reese continues to make waves in the swimming community as the Director of Aquatics and Head of the National Team for the Clearwater Aquatic Team (CAT) in Clearwater, Florida.
