Description
This course was created with the intention that all fitness levels (beginners to advanced) would be able to visually learn about a variety of exercises for your Back, Chest, Shoulders (Delts), Biceps, Triceps, Abs/Core, HIIT and other cardio, Quads, Hamstrings and Glutes. Each lecture is a video lecture lesson of exercises performed at various gyms by myself and my various clients, with my voiceovers detailing each exercise as well as providing tips to perform the exercises with great form. Included in these video lecture lessons are compound and accessory exercises per body part, as well as how to advance the exercises overtime. As you will see from the many sets of clients training in the video lectures, I have trained my male and female clients with these same exercises, which has helped to aid in their fitness goals of dropping body fat, gaining strength, and gaining muscle overtime. The video lecture lessons discuss not only various exercises and how to perform them, but also go over gym terminology often used in the fitness industry such as: sets, repetitions, super set, tri-set, cluster set, drop set, burnout set, etc. Additionally, the video lecture lessons discuss the assorted brands of equipment used often in gyms and how you can use them for the specific body part. You will also learn how to exercise with various cable station attachments and understand how to position your body while performing the exercises. The video lecture lessons also detail the names of the specific exercises and their variations, so you can understand the names utilized often within the fitness industry. For beginners, there are a number of exercises with a full set up of how to perform the exercise using the gym equipment, and how to adjust when needed on the exercises. You will see how you should position yourself on the equipment and how you can adjust the equipment for your body type. You will be shown exercises with full range of motion so that you can understand how to perform the exercises to your benefit. You will also be able to see many diverse types of physiques, many of which were also beginners, and see how the exercises have worked for their fitness goals. For intermediate - advanced lifters, there are a number of exercises which may be new to even the more experience lifters, at which you can see how to perform the exercises by clients who have great muscle definition, how to advance the exercises overtime with various types of tension sets and how you can use them to make the exercises harder without adding more weight. Included in the video lecture lessons is additional equipment added to exercises and machines, to add more tension to workouts such as adding various bands to equipment and how to utilize them. The course also discusses many safety measures you can use while working out, explaining while the sets are shown throughout the video lecture lessons, so that you can understand how to perform the exercises correctly to ensure no injuries occur. For those who work out with another person, the course videos consistently explain while showing how to be a spotter for someone performing heavy sets of various exercises (such as bench presses, leg presses, dumbbell presses, etc.). This is so that anyone not sure how to be a spotter can learn by watching from the many sets shown with spotters throughout the video lecture lessons. The sets shown throughout the video lecture lessons have taken place overtime, so you can see how much some of the physiques in the videos have developed from utilizing these exercises as well as proper nutrition.
