This training will allow you to approach the fundamental principles of interior decoration, which will then allow you to properly orient your home staging project
- Trend research on social networks and in the field.

- Volumes: Influence of lights, colors, furniture, paintings, floor coverings...
- The enhancement of each room and the rules and standards to be respected.
- Technical rules (measurement, standards, etc.).
- The valuation and characteristics of the rooms (bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom, etc.)
- The realization of a "zoning" in the existing and projected state
We will then focus on the study of a project and the analysis of customer needs, and thus target the clientele of potential buyers in a specific area.
We will discuss the founding principles of home staging once these concepts are well mastered and will discover its intimate link with the real estate sector.
We have also thought of a fundamental aspect if you want to get started in the sector, the calculation of your benefits and therefore your remuneration!
You will follow Mathilde in the complete management of a real project, from meeting with clients to delivering the project throughout a report.
Through the different stages you will get an overview of a first realistic project, which will allow you to better project yourself into your future profession. Here a challenge to be completed with the creation of a sleeping area in a master bedroom, a telework corner and the overall redefinition of the spaces.

This course is aimed at decoration enthusiasts and professionals who wish to enhance their activity. (real estate agents, AirbnB owner...).
