Description
This Feldenkrais Awareness through Movement course will give you an enhanced body map of your chest and shoulder areas, refining your proprioception, releasing tension, improving alignment and spatial awareness, and introducing more grace and ease into how you hold and use these parts of yourself.This mindful movement course is gentle and accessible for all abilities and ages, including those with chronic pain issues, but it is not intended as a replacement for medical advice.All you need is a quiet space to lie down on the floor, and a folded towel or other firm padding for head support. You may pause the recordings at any time if you miss an instruction, or need a rest.Always stay within your own comfort levels, rest when you need, and have fun exploring the movements.You can work through this course in your own time, it's suitable for both beginners and those more experienced in the method.Completing it should give you an improved ease, lightness and softness in how you carry yourself, particularly the chest and shoulder areas.
